Day 1

I the past I had given up something in an attempt to observe Lent. This year I'm going to take a more active role by doing something productive.

  • I'll make a daily practice of mindfullness.
  • This could be by just being present with my thoughts
  • It also could be an active practice like medatition or Yoga.
  • I'll suppliment these practices with reading or learning to enhance what I'm doing.

From today til Easter 40 days from now I'll blog my progress.
