In his ruling for Davinci code plagerism trail, Judge Peter Smith had hidden his own code in the text of the ruling.
The Italic/Bold letters are. We should assume that Smithycode is either the intro or the cipher key. The judge hinted that it can be solved the same way a message was deciphered in the book.
