Joseph started talking about the book and the plates 5 years and 9 months before the book was completed. If I don't buy the story of angels and magic glasses just a person making a book I can say that their composition time was at least that long. If you want to claim 60 days because that's just the time we know we actually worked on it that's bogus.

It's like me saying I graduated college in 3 weeks because I'm only counting the actual time spent in a classroom.Jake D.https://www.blogger.com/profile/07054576153107624507noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7489846.post-79414444936373723982012-03-03T20:20:48.488-07:002012-03-03T20:20:48.488-07:00The claim of a 60 day translation is based on the ...The claim of a 60 day translation is based on the historical information available. Much of which comes from Joseph and associates. Almost all of which you fail to mention. The circumstances of Joseph's life which disallowed continuous translation are documented. Do you have contemporaneous witness that is to the contrary? if so please inform us .While Latter Day Saint history is imperfect it is comparatively impressive in detail and accuracy. Of course prayer and personal revelation is the way to finding the truth, as the Book itself teaches.Bradhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/08724111194117207079noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7489846.post-5827478238121174562012-03-03T20:19:21.401-07:002012-03-03T20:19:21.401-07:00The claim of a 60 day translation is based on the ...The claim of a 60 day translation is based on the historical information available.
